TRANSFERRING A COURSE DATE
We provide a FREE course transfer on an alternative date. We understand that situations can arise that are out of control. We can provide an alternative date if it is provided in writing prior to 7 working days before the course start date. We can only transfer students if the alternative course has availability. If notice is received less than 7 days before the course start date, then a £15 transfer admin fee will be charged.
NO REFUND IS PROVIDED IN EVENT OF A COURSE TRANSFER. NO MORE THAN 1 TRANSFER IS ALLOWED.
PAYMENT AND BOOKINGS
Bookings should be made on-line or via calling and speaking to a representative. 50% deposit will be taken to secure your place on the course which is NON-REFUNDABLE. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been processed by our admin team. Course prices listed on the website include the full cost of the course including course materials.
Full payment is due within 24 hours of the course starts date.
If you wish to cancel a course, then we must be notified 7 days prior to the start date. Students will receive a free course transfer if 7 days or more notice is provided. If you do not attend a course date and give no prior notice to the academy, then the course fee is still fully payable in full and no course transfer is allowed unless a special request is made. We reserve the right to alter teachers & venues without prior notice. In the event of a course cancellation, a full refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation for any additional costs incurred.
If you have any special requirements, we will try to accommodate for you if we have been notified in advance.
Course instructions are sent out to students that have paid the 50% deposit approx. within 1 working day of making the booking and venue details are sent 7 to 14 days before the course date. In this email you will get information on how to make the rest of the payment as well as any other notifications. If you have not received any course instructions before the course date, then please contact us.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A STUDENT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION WHEN MAKING THE BOOKING, YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL BOX.
WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING EMAILS INSTRUCTIONS AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.
IT IS THE STUDENTS DUTY TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE RECEIVED ALL COURSE INFORMATION.

The course has no dress code, but it is advised to wear comfortable clothing as most of our courses are practical.
After you are completing your course all students have a life time FREE support guarantee with us. Details are giving to you during your course day.
LIABILITY & RE-TRAINING
We do not accept any responsibility for students who fail to obtain public liability insurance. We do not accept any injury or accident to clients resulting from students following instructions they learn on courses. Our courses are practical and interactive courses made and designed for people to train and go into work places or start their business. Each course has a set criterion of hours before practicing on real clients. If at the end of your course, you are not completely satisfied / comfortable with your training please either let your teacher or assistant know at the end of your course or within 7 days of your course and you can come back to the next month’s training course FREE of charge. If you don’t let us know within 7 days of your course, you can attend a refresher at a discounted rate. Free course refreshers are valid from 3 months of original course date only. Thereafter, a fee of £249 is payable to if retraining within 1 year of course date. Thereafter the full fee of £499 is payable for a new course ( 2 day UK only price) 695 e Spanish 2 day course price.
To attend a course refresher, the student must bring their full training kit to undertake the training course.
ATTENDING A COURSE DOES NOT GUARAENTEE PASSING – We are Governed by HABIA the highest in the business, you will have to be of a certain standard to hold a Habia certificate and in the circumstance that you do not pass then we offer the 2nd course at a discounted rate.
Once you have finished the course, you will get 1st certificate. When you have done a full head of each method, and send your assessor photographs of each, you will then be issues with your 2nd and final certificate (depending on the course booked)
Please tell us if you DO NOT wish your photo to be used on any social media advertising / website. By excepting/booking/making payment you are deemed to have read, understand and will adhere to the terms and conditions and in turn, unless otherwise informed, agreeing us to use any images.
