Delivering your new Hair
All pre-tipped hair orders are on 3-5 working days delivery. Loose hair can be the lower but please have your hair before booking an appointment for fitting. Next day is available if requested and item in stock. Custom made orders and non-stock ( eg longer lengths and short lengths) can take up to 3 weeks. If an item is out of stock and is going to be a longer delivery time you will be informed the following day from when the order was placed.
Wholesale orders of 500g and over will have specific delivery time-scales ranging from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on stock levels so please contact us to discuss your requirements. Wholesale orders of 2kg and over will be sent by courier. Orders between 500g-2kg will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Our standard postage and packaging charge for all orders under 500g is £7.50 and we use Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1pm. Please note this is not next day delivery it is used so that your goods are insured against loss in the post. Normally delivery time-scales will apply.
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website. By ordering goods from Organic Russian Hair, or having hair fitted by us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
If having hair fitted, you must read and understand the aftercare section on this website. If having hand-tipped hair extensions fitted you must understand that you hair my shed for the 1st week, this should not continue for over a week, you will have an initial shed straight after fitting when brushed through before completing cut and finish and then you may lose further hair in the days after, this is NORMAL for hand-tipped hair and is by no means a stylists fault or poor fitting. Machine tipped hair will not shed at all.
If you have thick and strong hair and need/desire a thick look we will use larger 4mm copper tubes. We will always pull enough hair through the link to ensure that there is no stress or to much pull from the extension to cause damage to hair. Your stylist we talk you through the option and give you risks if you decide to have an extreme amount of hair fitted.
What can I return?
Pre-tipped hair is made to order so we only accept returns on this if the hair is faulty. We therefore fully encourage you to order a free sample of our hair and a colour ring before making any purchase for pre-tipped hair. Strictly none refundable unless faulty.
No returns will be accepted on any hair due to colour mistakes if a colour ring has not been purchased, nor on simply being unhappy with the hair type or if samples have not previously been requested.
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons, loose hair may only be returned if there is an initial problem with the hair on the day of product arrival, in which case none of the hair should be used or tampered with. We do not accept returns for hair extensions which have already been used or if the packet is incomplete.
Also as European law states, hair extensions are deemed perishable items and therefore we are not legally obliged to accept returns of non-faulty products.
Postage on returns.
The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. However if the product is faulty we will credit you the amount of the postage back and replace the item free of charge including postage costs. If we are unable to offer an exchange on a faulty item then we will offer a full refund. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
All of our hair is premium Russian human hair. It has only ever been treated with a very low percentage of colour so the hair keeps its high quality and long lifespan. Therefore please be aware very slight shade differences can occur from time to time. All hair is visually double-checked and labelled as the nearest colour. We do not deem an item to be faulty just because of a very slight colour difference to the colour ring. This is 100% genuine human hair so very slight differences on shades will occasionally occur due to the hair not being highly processed. Any colour difference needs to be significant for the order to be classed as faulty.
Some of our hair is hand-tipped to order. There are no machines used due to the high quality of the hair we provide and the fact that we tip hair to bespoke colour mixes. Please be aware hand tips may have very slight variations in shape and size. This does not deem tipped hair to be returned as faulty as there will always be very slight difference in hand-tipped hair. Tipped hair (unless otherwise directed) will be tipped into strands of approximately 1g weight per strand. If you require them any different to this i.e. 0.5g strands this must be stated at time of order. You must also allow some wastage due to tipping. This is unavoidable. We aim to keep this to a small amount possible. Please allow 5-10grams max for wastage per 100g
DO NOT BRUSH THE HAIR UNTILL IT IS FITTED, THIS WILL CAUSE SHEDDING OF HAIR, FIT AND THEN BRUSH TO STOP EXTRA WASGEAGE FROM OCCURRING
Please also note when ordering loose hair in ponytails that natural hair always naturally has a 2-inch taper at the end. So please be aware that if you are wanting to cut the hair to a blunt finish you may be wise to order 2 inch longer than you need.
Our Virgin Russian hair can last up to 2 years on dark colours and 1 and a half years on light colours with correct care.
However we cannot be held responsible for the general lifestyle people live and how they treat their hair therefore we do not accept any returns on hair that has been worn so following our ‘Haircare’ advice is fully advised to ensure your clients get the longest lifespan possible out of our hair.
Other terms & conditions to note
If you are not a Qualified and trained hair professional you should not purchase any hair loose or tipped as there will be no return policy. Our loose and tipped hair is to only be fitted and purchased by hair professionals who have qualified in this trade. Any returns will need proof of qualification.
Full payment is taken upon ordering. Goods will not be despatched unless they have been paid for in full.
If you wish to send in a hair sample for us to advise on colour this is fine. If you are ordering our hair without sending in a sample for us to match may we stress you really need to purchase a colour ring to choose your colour(s) correctly as matching colour from other colour rings is not advised and we cannot be held responsible for errors in colour choice.
If you order wavy hair from us you must be aware that as this is natural human hair the natural wave in each order of wavy hair may vary. Returns will not be considered due to the actual hair wave.
In the event of any client wishing to change or cancel any order we reserve the right to charge any relative administration and labour costs incurred. No exchange or refunds will be authorised if hair has been tampered with in any way. This includes tipping or if the tie around the hair has been broken.
If you have an account with us, the most amount of time will be 3 months to make full payment from the date of delivery. Any late payment/payments incur a £50 late payment fee and if the account is cancelled then a further £100 is added to cover admin costs. We will, in every circumstances pursue the matter through the local courts, be it Spain or UK.
Delays due to COVID-19, Brexit and Customs holdups are beyond our control. Please note our hair is non-refundable, please bear this in mind and do not book a hair fitting appointment until you physically have the hair in your possession. The recipient is fully responsible for any import tax. Dismiss
